Rapid Nutrition has presence in US, Australasia, and Asia, announces that it was notified on the 3 January 2020, Vesta Vanderbeken, Non-executive Director has purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of euro 0.17 per Ordinary Share which will be held in her maiden name Vesta Patrusheva.
Therefore, Vesta Vanderbeken's total interest in the Company through direct and indirect holdings is 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing less than 1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
