Rapid Nutrition PLC decided to Delist From SIX Swiss Exchange
Rapid Nutrition Plc (OTCQB:RPNRF), a natural healthcare company focused on the research, development and production of a range of life science products incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX United Kingdom, announced today that it has submitted a delisting application to delist its shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange, in accordance with Art.3 Application, 3 of the SER Delisting Directives, DD.
Rapid Nutrition Plc will delist its shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange given that the company continues to focus its operations and efficiencies on the growing U.S. capital markets following ongoing issues with the Swiss EU framework and the lack of after-market support and services in Switzerland for growth companies.
The Company will inform the market of the official delisting date once confirmed by SIX Swiss Exchange.
